Independent theatre’s boldest rolling showcase heads to Venice, North Hollywood, and Highland Park this fall, as part of their mission to bringing acclaimed Hollywood productions to stages across Greater Los Angeles County. More dates and productions to be added!

HOLLYWOOD, CA — The StageCrafts are once again taking the best of their stages on the road. The 2026–2027 Los Angeles Freeway Circuit — the company’s traveling showcase of standout independent theatre — has announced its next three tour stops, bringing a five-show lineup of hit productions from the heart of Hollywood to venues across Greater Los Angeles County. Whether audiences are looking for an intimate night out or their first look at tomorrow’s breakout artists, the Freeway Circuit is making top-notch independent theatre more accessible than ever!

The tour kicks off Saturday, August 1st, at The Electric Lodge in Venice — a full day of live theatre running from early afternoon into the evening, with all five productions performing back-to-back on a single stage. Doors open at 2:00pm, and audiences are encouraged to plan for the full day to catch the entire lineup!

From Venice, the Circuit heads to Theatre 68 Arts Complex in North Hollywood in September, followed by Outside In Theater in Highland Park in November. This lineup is confirmed for all dates through the end of 2026, though additional productions may be invited and added to the lineup.

Dates and locations for January, March, and May 2027 shall be announced soon.

“Dara Kosberg is channeling the rollercoaster vibe of the legendary monologuist Spaulding Gray… deftly mixing humor, irony, grief and optimism in her own unique voice.” – HFF Patron Review
